Colliers Onemap for Managing Colliers Property

Onemap is useful application developed using Arcgis Javascript (ESRI Platform) and native PHP. The purposes of this product are to visualizing property of colliers (We can use text, administration area, buffer geometry, and driving time geometry to determine properties location), input properties using forms (transaction, advisory, REMS, FM), send property details by email, and view information of filtered properties.

Automatic Train Doorstop Prototype with Countdown Timer

Implementation methods used in this study is research and development (R & D) methods. The stages of the research refers to research model development Borg and Gall consisting of: 1) analysis of the needs of the doorstop rail system, 2) the design of hardware and software systems, 3) making tools, 4) testing tool, 5) implementation.

Implementation of Fuzzy Logic Controller as Servo Motor Position Controller

Fuzzy Logic Controller provides another alternative in the control system. Many industrial control systems in the 1940s and 1950s used PID controllers to control pressure, temperature, and so on. However, in its implementation there are still many PID parameters that are still lacking in terms of quality improvement, therefore we need a system that is able to fulfill this, the emergence of fuzzy logic controllers can be a solution for developing PID technology.

Self-Balancing Robot Arduino Based

Implementation methods used in this project is using PID as the balancer with Arduino Uno.
